Login Logs & Activity

The Login Logs & Activity feature gives you full visibility into who’s accessing your WordPress site and how they’re interacting with your admin area. Every login attempt—successful or failed—is recorded with essential data like IP address, username, time, and status, helping you quickly spot irregular behavior or unauthorized access.

With this feature, you can:

  • View detailed logs of each login attempt across all users
  • Track the exact date and time of access for accountability
  • Monitor IP addresses to identify location-based trends or threats
  • Review failed attempts and suspicious activities to tighten security protocols

Whether you’re managing a single site or a client portfolio, these logs provide the insights you need to audit, investigate, and improve your login strategy with confidence.

Want to add role-based filters or export options to these logs? I’d be happy to help draft that functionality!

Here is how you can use this feature:

Successful Logins

In the successful logins tab, you can view all the successful login attempts. The table contains the following information:

  • Successful Logins Count
  • User Agent (Browser and device info)
  • IP Address
  • Date & Time

Failed Logins

In the Failed Logins tab, you can view all the unsuccessful login attempts. The table contains the following information:

  • Username
  • Failed Login Attempts Lockout Number
  • User Agent (Browser and device info)
  • IP Address
  • Date & Time

You can choose how many users to display by selecting a number from the dropdown menu. The table will then show the corresponding number of blocked users based on your selection.

You can also search for any user using the search box located at the top-right corner of the table.

The failed login attempts section records the IP address of the most recent failed attempt from a user, even if multiple attempts were made from the same IP address. This same logic goes for the user agent that counts the last device info of a user.

Blocked Users

When a user attempts to log in more than three times with incorrect credentials, their information appears in this table. Additionally, if you manually add an IP address to the block list, it will also be listed under the blocked users section.
