Upon successful and verified payment, all purchased premium products will be available for immediate download through your Themepaste account dashboard. Free plugins are available for download from our website or the official WordPress.org Plugin Repository.
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other supported payment methods. In cases where payment processing flags an order as potentially fraudulent, delivery of the product may be delayed (typically 1–24 hours) while our anti-fraud checks are completed. We reserve the right to cancel any order determined to be fraudulent.
All Themepaste plugins, addons, and software code are licensed under the GNU General Public License, Version 2 or later (GPLv2+).
Our products are developed and tested to be compatible with the latest stable version of WordPress and major, actively maintained web browsers (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari). We do not guarantee compatibility with outdated WordPress versions or legacy browsers (e.g., Internet Explorer).

In accordance with the GPL license, you are permitted to modify our products for your personal or client use.
Any direct modification to the core files of the installed plugin will void your right to technical support for that specific installation. We are not obligated to assist with issues arising from custom code, conflicts caused by unsupported modifications, or third-party code additions.
We strongly recommend utilizing child themes, separate custom plugins, or dedicated WordPress filters and actions for modifications to ensure the integrity of the core plugin and maintain eligibility for support.

We offer a customer-friendly 30-day, no-questions-asked refund policy on all premium plugin purchases.
The Themepaste products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the functions contained in the products will be uninterrupted or error-free.
In no event shall Themepaste, our suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of data, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use our products, even if Themepaste has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Themepaste may use demo content, images, and video assets in the product demos. These assets are for demonstration purposes only. You are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses or permissions for any images, videos, or fonts you utilize with the product on your own website.
